Terms of Service

Atlas is a managed mobile device security (Mobile Threat Defense) subscription operated by Persist Security, built on Check Point Harmony Mobile. The service includes licensing, deployment assistance, SOC monitoring and incident response, as described on this site.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details provided at registration and for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts represent an organization or an individual customer and may not be shared.

Atlas is sold as a recurring subscription, priced per protected device. Billing is monthly or yearly; yearly billing is discounted by 10%. Prices are exclusive of VAT — Israeli VAT (18%) is added for orders with an Israeli billing country. The subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. Totals are confirmed server-side at checkout, and payments are processed by a PCI DSS certified payment provider.

There is currently no self-service cancellation. To cancel, contact support at info@persistsec.com or +972-51-9999911; cancellation stops future renewals.

After payment, our team sets up your subscription. Installers are prepared and verified manually for your specific tenant and delivered by email and through the customer portal.

The service may be deployed only on devices you own or are authorized to manage. You may not use the service to violate any law or third-party right.

Analysis operates at the threat level. Per Check Point's published Harmony Mobile privacy model, the system does not read messages, view photos or track location. See our privacy policy for details.

Atlas, the Atlas logo and this site are the property of Persist Security. Check Point and Harmony Mobile are trademarks of their respective owner.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persist Security's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
